Primary Human Lung Microvascular Endothelial Cells (ACBRI 468 V) were initiated from normal human peripheral lung tissue. Unlike cells from other providers, Cell Systems primary cells are isolated without antibody labels for enhanced biological relevance. Each vial contains ~1 x 10^6 cells with 85-92% viability under ideal conditions. They are available at Passage 3 (<12 cumulative population doublings) and will initiate a Passage 4 cell culture in a 75 cm2 flask. Each vial of cells is shipped with Bac-Off (antibiotic) and CultureBoost (animal derived growth factors) at no additional cost. The cells co-express an Enzyme Acceptor (EA) tagged SH2 domain and a ProLink (PK) tagged Cytokine receptor. The CRBD is designed to bind the CTK catalytic domain to the GHR-PK. Activation of the GHR-PK induces receptor phosphorylation by the LCK catalytic domain. This leads to SH2-EA recruitment and production of EFC signal. Cryopreserved Mouse Intestinal Organoids provide a convenient way to establish or standardize intestinal organoid cultures in your laboratory. Each vial contains 200 mouse intestinal organoids derived from the small intestine of C57BL/6 mice that were cultured in IntestiCult™ Organoid Growth Medium (Mouse) and cryopreserved in CryoStor CS10. Using cryopreserved Mouse Intestinal Organoids enables establishment of intestinal organoid cultures without the need to isolate intestinal crypts from primary tissue, eliminating the need for access to fresh mouse tissue and making it easy to standardize experimental starting materials. The organoids can be passaged and expanded using IntestiCult™ Organoid Growth Medium (Mouse) and refrozen in CryoStor CS10.
